Delete your Angrezistan account
You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data here—even if you have uninstalled the app.
Request deletion by email
Send your request from the email address registered with your Angrezistan account to angrezistanofficial@gmail.com, with subject Angrezistan account deletion request.
Open deletion-request emailThis opens a draft in your email app. Nothing is submitted or deleted until you send it. If no email app opens, copy the address above and send from Gmail or your email service.
What to include
- Your registered account email address and, if useful, display name.
- A clear statement that you want your Angrezistan account and associated data permanently deleted.
- If you no longer have access to the registered email, explain that in your message. The team will arrange an ownership check; no app installation is required.
Never email your password, OTP, identity document or payment details. We do not require those to start a request.
What happens next
The team verifies ownership to prevent someone else deleting your account. Once verified, the deletion request will be completed within 30 days, and you will receive an email confirmation. If verification requires more information, the team will explain the next step.
What gets deleted
- Your login account and profile details, including uploaded profile photos.
- Associated lesson/homework/practice progress, game records, achievements and reward history.
- Coins/gems balances, notification registrations, and user-linked social/follow records held by Angrezistan.
This cannot be undone. You lose access to the account, progress, achievements and balances. Uninstalling the app or signing out alone does not delete your account.
We do not intentionally retain an active profile or learning history after completing deletion. If a specific legal/security obligation requires retention, the team will explain exactly what is retained, why and for how long. Infrastructure providers may retain logs/backups according to their own policies. See the retention section of our privacy policy.
Prefer to delete inside the app?
Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account, enter your password, type DELETE and review the final confirmation. Backend cleanup may continue after your login is removed.
