• یہ کا اُس کا م سے زیا دہ مشکل ہے۔

ان فقرات میں colder–difficult-tallerسے پہلے “very”کی جگہ”much” استعمال کیا گیا ہے۔چو نکہ یہ تفصیل بعض comparative degreeہے اس لیے much کا اِستعما ل کیا گیا ہے۔جبکہ دوسری ڈگری comparative سے پہلے لفظ ‘’Than’’کا اِستعما ل ہو تا ہے۔

• She runs faster than I.
• وہ مجھ سے تیز بھا گتی ہے۔
• He writes more quickly than I.
• وہ مجھ سے ذیا دہ جلدی لکھتی ہے۔

 

اِن فقرات میں (Adverb(quicklyہے۔اس لیے پہلے moreلگانے سےcomparative degreeبن گیاجبکہ past participle سے پہلے much کا استعما ل کیا گیا ہے۔فعل کی دوسری فارم سے پہلے ہمیشہ muchلگایا جا تا ہےلیکن یہ پا نچ الفاظ ایسے ہیں جن سے پہلے much کی بجائے very آتا ہے۔
